Nutella French Toast Roll-Ups 🍫🍞✨ 😋 A fun and delicious twist on French toast! Soft bread filled with creamy Nutella, pan-fried to golden perfection, and rolled in sweet cinnamon sugar. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or even dessert! 🌟 Ingredients: 8 slices of soft white bread (crusts removed) ½ cup Nutella (or any chocolate hazelnut spread) 2 large eggs 3 tbsp milk 2 tbsp butter (for frying) ¼ cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon (optional, for coating) Instructions: Trim the crusts off the bread slices and flatten each slice with a rolling pin. (⏱️ 5 minutes) Spread a thin layer of Nutella over each slice, then roll it up tightly. (⏱️ 5 minutes) In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. (⏱️ 2 minutes) Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Dip each roll-up quickly in the egg mixture, then place seam-side down in the pan. Cook, turning until all sides are golden brown. (⏱️ 8 minutes) Mix sugar and cinnamon on a plate. Roll warm Nutella roll-ups in the mixture until coated.
